MA HA BE KAN DZE / RA DZA A mantra is based on knowledge of the properties of sounds – of the meaning of their vibrations, their power and their value.
In humans and in all living organisms, sound vibrations trigger specific reactions and even changes in the structure of cells. They have a profound effect on our physiological functions and on the processes of our subconscious. The sound of a mantra has great power, and it works on other spiritual planes too.
Mantras also have healing significance.
Every mantra has its own thought-form. The vibrations of the sounds stimulate the body’s tissues and our chakras into activity, which cleanses the body of unfavourable vibrations.
A mantra is a single sound. We mainly distinguish Buddhist and Hindu mantras.
- Chakra-cleansing mantra – with this mantra you can clear the blocked chakras in your body. After just a dozen or so meditations with it, you will rid yourself of excess baggage and feel happier and ready for new challenges.
- The Om Namaha mantra – cleanses and destroys our negative traits and ignorance. (download to your phone)
